HELP!!! Xperia U new firmware called 6.0.B.3.184

There's this notification that says new firmware update and I began searching for problems then lot of problems came up. On the other side, I searched for new solutions for that firmware, but still I'm not sure if they really fixed the 6.0.B.3.184 firmware. PLEASE I NEED YOUR ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE because until now, I'm still ignoring the notification.

if you are not experiencing any problems then you may ignore the update, be aware that once you update your device it would impossible to downgrade unless you flash the previous update which may void your warranty
