To take a screenshot you need to press both power button and volume down at the same time.
Can you elaborate on the second problem?
Sometimes, my phone can't receive or dail any call, but there is still have signal
and is the xperia sp allow to move apps to sd card?
Is your micro SIM fine? Have you tried it in another device?
Xperia SP does not allow moving apps to SD.
