how do i return my z2 back to Sony?

I have problem with battery draining fast when normal use. When im at for example 20% on battery then when i go to settings to see how long it is left till its dead it estimated about 6 hours but when i use it till it gets to 0 it only last for less than 2 hours but not 6 hours. I know alot of z2 users and people who has phone from other companys has got this battery draining problem too and it can not be fix because it has infected battery so i want to return it to Sony not jbhifi because last i did they did not send it to sony they send it to sydney to get it repair but they lied and said there were no problems with the battery so Im planning to send it to sony directly. But how? And what about i go to sony store in perth and get a replacement? I got it for a month now and no battery improvement im loosing my mind now and starting to hate sony even tho they are not the only company who has this issue. I live in Western Australia by the way. Thank you for reading.

Before my Z2 killed itself, the battery life was pretty good. Although it did drain quickly when I was using it for browsing the web and using other apps. Moderate use would get me about a day and a half usage. I never saw the problem you had with it dropping at 20% though, the drain would be quite steady. Hope this helps.

I also find it incredible that Sony can advertise this phone as having amazing graphics, great for games, but then tell you you can't play them for too long... It's ludicrous. Imagine if Samsung told me I can't watch my TV for too long because it will overheat. Absolute garbage. Get rid of your phone as soon as possible and look for a new manufacturer.

Yea sony always has heating issues and they never fix it.
