how do i return my z2 back to Sony?

I have problem with battery draining fast when normal use. When im at for example 20% on battery then when i go to settings to see how long it is left till its dead it estimated about 6 hours but when i use it till it gets to 0 it only last for less than 2 hours but not 6 hours. I know alot of z2 users and people who has phone from other companys has got this battery draining problem too and it can not be fix because it has infected battery so i want to return it to Sony not jbhifi because last i did they did not send it to sony they send it to sydney to get it repair but they lied and said there were no problems with the battery so Im planning to send it to sony directly. But how? And what about i go to sony store in perth and get a replacement? I got it for a month now and no battery improvement im loosing my mind now and starting to hate sony even tho they are not the only company who has this issue. I live in Western Australia by the way. Thank you for reading.

I have Z1 not Z2.Did you try a software repair?

Done that before when sony emailed me. How long is your z1 battery in normal use? And you dont have z2 and why you even in z2 forum page?

Because the devices are pretty much the same and Android has its glitches on all devices.
