How do I make a Video Call

I am aunable to make a video call
If any suggestions there to make a video call.

It doesn't show the 3G network when the other phone makes video call from the same place & time.

Please give me suggestion.

Unfortunately this handset does not support native video calling. You can however make use of any number of third party chatting applications via the Playstore.
