How can I make Sony Xperia Go charge from a portable battery charger (technical answer please)?

The phone also fails to charge from the computer, when it is turned off, but plugged in. When making my charging attempts I used original Sony usb-to-microUSB cable. Once I had an identical problem with Motorola Defy, but it was solved by some advanced manipulations with the cable connecting neighboring contacts D- and D+/introducing resistor between D+ и GND http://dl.dropbox.com/u/50981644/IMGP4712.jpg... The modified cable that works for Motorola Defy doesn't charge Xperia. Could there be a similar solution for Sony Xperia Go?

I have the same problem with my Sony Xperia Acro S. I'm looking for solving of the problem too..

Unfortunately I'm not aware if such modifications could make your phone model charge under these conditions.
