Hide Menü-Elements in ICS ?? And edit Widget huge ??

Hi, i thought that we can hide Menü-Elemnt that we dont need in ICS, And I cannot change Widgethuge ??? Can anyone tell me how to do ??

Hi, I think u are asking about hidding the Apps right, It is possible only when u disable the Apps, which is possible in ICS ( Settings>Applications>All>open the App>then Disable).
