Help !!!!!

I flashed two custom kernels on my xperia sp, and now I am stuck on boot animation.I rooted my phone using towlroot and unlocked bootloader successfully. First i had flashed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2646193 this kernel and then this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2404452 but with no success. Is there a way to solf this problem ?

You have 2 options

1. Manually flash your device with a .ftf firmware file using Flashtools

2. Try Sony's developer Flashtools called Emma http://developer.sonymobile.com/services/flash-tool/how-to-download-and-install-the-flash-tool/
