HELP top screen not working

i bought sp hardly 2 weeks ago 

my top screen is not working

i tried fixing it up by using pc companion but no results tried using  diagnostics centre only upper part is having problem 

there is no xperia care cenre in pakistan and i bought it new but there was no warranty card as sony doesn't have any centre so no warrnaty claim

what do do my phone is on 4.1.2 andriod version

I also bought xperia sp toady and face the same problem.

I didn't try to fix with with SUS nor PCC, but I am thinking of talking first to the store I bought it.

What is SONY's option on that problem??

Is it hardware issue or software??

What is the suggestion??

sony should replace its sets!!  if i pay for screen change it will cost alot plus resale value will be down as well 

regreting the time I thought to buy sony

my cell donot have warranty

sold my phone at a very low price 

bought s3 and happy with it atleast they are providing warranties
