HELP REQUIRED! Yari phone (U100i)

Hello, my yari phone's right soft key and right navigation keys are not working.

I tried updating the software but it did not help.

Does anyone have any solutions for this?

I would suggest sending the phone to a service centre as it will be a hardware fault.
