Help needed for Downgrading Xperia Neo (MT15a) to gingerbread

I own a MT15a and i want to downgrade to gingerbread coz ICS is slow and phone restart often. I searched but there i couldn't find firmwar for my model. firmware is there for MT15i model though. will it work for my model also?
