help needed cant remove ics at all

hi i have a neo mt15i  and can not remove ics 4.0.4 at all ..

it gets stuck at kernel.sin

but the phone boots up ok

i want to go back to 2.3.4

running win 7 64bit

i can flash my ray

but this neo wont

any help please

mange to get help with the neo on xda forums

had to flash 42 firm that worked as no other firmware would remove ics

i even had to wipe the laptop and reinstall win 7

never going back to ics its crap

hope sony still let us keep 2.3.4 on repair section and not shitty ics
