That looks strange.
Have you tried to update the phones software using PC Companion?
Is your phone modified in any way (unlocked boot loader, rooted or similar)?
I also recommend that you check with your local Sony Xperia support (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/) that this service is available in your country.
I'll try the JB update. Maybe this will work, if it's still there. :smileygrin:
