I received a new xperia m dual from qatar and then I opened the box and turned the mobile on, but I noticed that it is not working fast so i restarted the mobile phone but now I inserted my sim card and after I turn it on, i cannot touch the screen already. I tried to remove the battery while the phone is still on since I cannot turn it off because I cant touch the screen. but it doesnt work. I tried to contact service centers here in the philippines but I cant reach them and when I went to one retail center for sony, they told me that if I let them check my phone, they will charge me because it is not covered by the warranty since the phone is bought in qatar
