Help me to repair this error

Hi. I have Xperia Z1 C6903. I use network of SFR in French. When a call is coming, it does not show the name and phone number on the screen. Although I saved this phone number in the phonebook (contact). I don't know this error by telephone or by the network.Can anybody help me ?  Thank you

Phonebook > menu > filter > you probably have your contacts on your phone but they are not selected

when have "incoming call', it display "unknown" and don't display number. when i go to "missed call", it don't display number of incoming call. although it display number and name in "Messaging".

Ok I got it, if that contact has his/her number hidden then there's nothing you can do, it will be up to your contact not to hide his/her number.

Here in the US if you press 

*67 before the number it will hide your number even if your contacts have your number they won't know where you are calling them from 

*82 is to unlock any private numbers but that's up to the contact to do so or not

also on androids

Settings > call settings > additional settings > Caller ID > Hide number, network default or show number

I have this problem with all incoming phone number. It is not the case hidden number. Thank you for help me but i still have not fixed it

have you checked the filter on your phonebook?

in the "Filter call log", it checked all box. In the "Filter" at "Contact", i use defaut setting: it mean don't check in "contacts with phone numbers" and " online contacts". Is it right ?

under filter > I don't know where you have your contacts, if they are on your gmail then select the gmail account, if they are on your SIM card, it will be wise to sync all your contacts with your gmail account

I've tried sync and not feasible. I encountered this problem with both the new phone number that I know that it is not hidden.

I think that the fault is not due contacts. I think that i will contact my network to ask for details
