Hello Need Help badly

my unit is a xperia z3 compact...

This is my problem suddenly my phone turn off and its difficult to open for some reason even the battery status is 80%.

i already try to restore factory setting because sometime it will turn on for a minute let say 5minutes is the maximum.

then it still the same no improvement. it keep still turning off its like there a problem with it on the software.

any solution can you advise so that i can use my phone again with out expierincing this problem

by the way i try it to charge and press power and volume down its the same on for a minute then off

Try removing the SIM and SD card and starting your phone as this can happen when either of those two cards are faulty

Still the same I wont last for minute any suggestion still keep on turning off...
