Heating problem

When i use wifi connection my phone is heating for so long time. I am really dissapointed with this phone because i can not use wifi connection at all. It is really annoying. When i use wifi connection phone can not be used because it heats so much so it causes freezing in my phone. It becomes really slow. This situation happens for a year it is really annoying. I hate this phone. When i connect my laptop to fix this problem it does not help. Please help me !!!

No i do not manually sync every hour. I synced facebook just once. You think is that the problem ?

Open Facebook, app settings, refresh interval

I did it as you said do i click refresh one hour or never ?

I still think its an app acting up, or are you using the phone or playing games?

I think some app is the problem as well because when i phone safe mode there is no problem. I don't play any games or use so much.
