headset not working after JB update

Hi guys,

I have a pair klipsch image x7i (iphone specific, I know!) that i use when listening to music from spotify. Everything worked fine (except the mic, but I don't really care about that anyway), I was a happy dude, rocking to all my sweet tunes.

Then I got the JB update (6.2.A.0.400) from sony. Now nothing works.

I then read that a mini jack converter would fix that problem, since I use the iphone version of x7. I now have sound with the converter, but it's all fucked up. Sounds nothing like it should.

What can I do about this? Is there a way to get the old sound drivers, or disable something etc... or do I really have to go back to the older version?
