Hi Team,
I have cleared the cache and data in settings->apps-> . Eventhough my headset is not supported. I bought this mobile just one day before. Kindly help. It is over heating also. I am not able to talk.

Hi Team,
It is working fine now. Because of the sony m2 mobile cover it was not working. I was not able to insert my headset upto level that is the problem.
