headphones bug

Hey,

I've got a problem. The phone acts as if the headphones are plugged in all the time. I got no sound from the phone.

Is ther a solution, or i have to repair it via PCC ?

Do you get sound when the headphones are plugged in? If so the speaker may be bust and you'll need a service centre.

But, yeah - try a repair install with PCC first.

Try go to setting>apps>all>smart connect clear cache and data then force stop and reboot your phone
