Headphone problems

My t2 ultra detects that you have connected headphones and have not actually detected as connected but if

check if there's any dust or something inside the jack, also try this

settings > apps > all> smartconnect > clear data > restart the phone

Welcome to the community.

This often happens when the circut is being completed somehow, usually due to dust or moisture in the headphone jack as uliwooly suggests.

If there is something in there, you can give it a shake to try and dislodge it, or use a can of compressed air.
