I made the update to android 4.3 and after that i cant play my HD games with data placed in Obb each time i run the game downloading data apears ...

There is no known issues which suggests that those so called HD games which already were running on SP cannot be run after the update. You should either check compatibility or fresh reinstall the game.
factory reset will solve ur problem
