Hard reset

My son changed his 4 digit pin this morning and hes obviously forgotten the new pin! Any idea how I override it? Have tried power button and volume button but that not working:(

You have 2 options

1) keep trying 

or

2) reset the phone with SUS, this will delete everything on the phone but pictures, videos and/or music
