hanging issue in charging mode.

I had bought Sony experia SP yesterday . When I am conneting it for charging .  I am not being able to use phone properly when it is charging ,it is getting hanged.

is the phone hot?

did you update the phone to the latest software version?

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC if that doesn't help you have to take it to a Sony repair center

Hi Sany,

I think you have the Xperia Touch Screen issue when charging. By hanging do you mean that it does not respond to touch?

Try locking and unlocking the screen, you will see that the hang goes away for a few minutes.

I have enabled "show touches" option under Developer Options to be able to clearly see this bug.

Settings->Sytem: Developer Options -> enable -> undre Input: "Show Touches"and even "Pointer Location" if you want.

Try the above setting and let us know.

I ahve updated services  of phone .Even after that problem is still there. My mobile does not respond to touch while Charging .please let me know if anybody  have already gone through this type of problem.

I'm also having the same problem. It works for few seconds if i lock and unlock it and again returns to the same hanging state.

Did all of you remove any Screen Guard?

I have removed it and the frequency reduced, but the problem still happens.
