I was wondering if there's any plans in the works for a better group messaging with the Sony default messaging app? Right now during group messaging it sends individual text message from the individuals instead of just putting it in one text message. Any plans on fixing this?

This is a user led support forum however what I can do is message the team to take a look at your post and then they will be able to escalate this to the correct team - So if you don't receive a reply from a Sony staff member please be reassured that they will have read your post, All I can do is pass this on as a feature request to the stock app

I asked about this and was sent a reply from Sony Support that said something like, 'we don't have any information at this time about changes to the messaging app in the upcoming lollipop update, however stay tuned to Sony support blog for breaking news'

I got a similar response when I got a hold of sony support, they told me to use a third party app which is a bum deal cause the Sony messaging app is integrated in the device, but I was able to fix the problem through a third party app, but it would be nice if they fix this.
