gps stopped working

When I first recieved my phone less than 2 months ago the gps worked fine, now it will not connect to satellites. I have installed a gps test app and it can see between 5 and 20 satellites but will not connect to any of them. I have left the phone outside with the test app running, the screen not able to sleep, both assisted and just gps modes on, but no joy.

Please help.

ok as an update it started working away from home this afternoon, I'll see if it is an intermittant problem or just a temporary glitch

The gps gets tricky in cloudy weather sometimes. Try it under a sunny sky. Also, a reboot might help.
