GPS problem- Problem Fixed.

Recently, i found my GPS didn't work. i connect SK17i with mobile network and use google map.The best result is 1400m range.It doesn't matter how long you stay outdoor, the GPS icon always twinke and couldn't find any sattelite. But in the same position and same phone setting when i use LT18i, it found sattelite in 10 second.  Is it possible to solve this or not? Firmware problem?

Below are the pictures for the test as you told. I stand at the top of a building in total open air.

Start at 1043 and end at 1053 (as it started to rain).

Hi, Oskar,

This clip of video was captured at the same place right after I test the SK17i. The machine in the screen is MOTO XT500. So, the place and the signal can’t be the reason.

Dear Oskar,

Thanks for your help and your HK local service colleague contact me last week. A gentlemen called and told me he would arrange a further check (maybe replacement of the GPS chip) for me. That was a big surprise happened to me lately.

But now i am still waiting for his further call.

Finally, my SK17i was fixed up by replacing some hardware.
