Phone keeps rebooting

My recently bought phone keeps rebooting. I can use the phone about 10 min, then it gets stuck and reboots after a moment.

If i don't use the phone (standby) it still reboots but after more time, like 6 hours.

I got this from the beginning... I've updated the phone, repaired it with SUS but nothing helps...

What can I do?

remove the SIM card and see if the problem persists

If you still have the same problem after trying Uliwooly's advice above, you may wish to have your handset examined by an engineer at an authorised service location or return the handset to your retailer.

I've done al the above... It has been for 10 days in reparation.

I have him again now, but the problem is still not resolved. They said they reinstalled the software.

Isn't that what I already did? I'm going the send him in again, but how can I make sure they are not going to do the same thing again?
