GPS cannot be found (today)

Since when he does not function I do not know exactly. A week ago I could navigate with it.  Today I wanted to navigate again, but he could not find the GPS.

GPS satellites is on. I've tried to restart my mobile, but it did not help. If GPS satelites is off, the navigator asks me to switch it on. But thereafter he does not find the GPS.

Can someone help me?

Have you tried repairing the phone software? If not, I would recommend that you do because something seems to be faulty if the GPS just stops working all of a sudden.

No, I have not tried it yet. How can I repair the phone software? Is there a tool to do this? Or should I do a hard reset. If so, how?

Try repair phone option in PC Companion. You can download PC C from here:

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

Or if you prefer a reset, you do this under Settings > Backup and Reset.
