got an USB problem

got an USB cable problem which i got with handset...i was unable to charge my phone through it...service center had taken my old USB cable...now waiting for replacement

So... How do we answer this?

If a new cable is to be delivered, then your problem is essentially sorted.
Even then, a micro-usb cable is fairly common, and I've come to use my Nexus 7 cable/mains adapter for all my charging.
