Google play store apps not downloading

Any app i try to download from the playstore is stuck at "Downloading" , i left few apps downloading overnight , by morning they finished downloading , only few megabytes , i cleared playstore cache/data in settings but the issue still remains .

Have you tried downloading apps both using mobile network and Wi-Fi? Do you experience any difference? Have you tried different Wi-Fi networks?

It was fixed after i deleted data cache of "Google play services" , i had earlier deleted data cache of play store which did not work .

problem solved download latest version of play store!!! clear cache and eveything.... you're done!!!!!
