i have bought a phone from UAE and I’m now in Egypt ... i first used the phone in Egypt and everything is working fine except that i can't download from Google play ..I can open it ... browse it ... but when it came to install the software it keep trying till it fails... i googled the issue and found an advise to update the phone to the latest version of android ... and i did ..... But the same issue still exists
also i got advised to mark to allow to install the unknown sources ... but i still have the issue ...
so i need help to solve the issue as the phone is just 2 days old and i can't install any app
