Google Picasa problem synchronization

Sharing images does not work upload google Picasa. Dowload images OK.

Not work upload. Say: unsuccessful mistake services

I have enabled Synchronizing.

I try to reset and repair through PC Companion (PCC).

that's odd, do you have Google+?   remember that picasa was incorporated to G+
