I cant sync my google contacts i have tried to reset the phone,remove google account, clear catches. i tried everything i could please help. message displayed is as follows ''sync is currently experiencing problems. it will be back shortly''
Does other data synchronize properly aside from contacts, for example the calendar? If you haven't tested that, simply create a calendar event at https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ and see if it synchronizes.
Could you try with a different Google account to see if it makes a difference? Also, try using Wi-Fi if you use Mobile data and vice versa.
