Goodbye Sony

I tried, I tried so hard to keep this phone and avoid the bugs, bad functions and bad support from Sony. Today I bought a Lumia 1020 and it was the best decision ever. I had to sell my Xperia Z1 a few hundred dollars less because I had to say about the bugs in 4.4 Kitkat update. Even the great camera it has is useless with the software that it have, granulated pictures and bad processing. 

So, goodbye Sony, I really hope you do well and if not, you should say bye to the smartphones just like you did with your Vaio division.

Congrats.... I wish i had money to do the same brow.... but i spent it all with this z1...

I'm almost throwing this z1 thing against the wall...

Sometimes after taking pictures, I feel like I wanna throw this Z1 phone at Sony Mobile Officers' face or back to Japan.

I will be saying goodbye to Sony aswell soon. I'm just waiting to get my hands on the OnePlus One. Hopefully that won't take very long.

After six weeks with this phone (Z1) I'm so frustrated and I spend loads of time in forums trying to get help so it might work properly. But no luck I'm afraid.

Hope we get a forum with less complaining.

I mean, if some people have issues and others don't with the same type of device, then it's not 100% a Sony issue (but that's my oppinion).

Hahahahahaha. It seems so impossible if Sony Mobile keeps producing and selling smartphones with broken firmware and still lack of creativity on software development and maintenance. It's like a never ending story.

If others are facing problems with their phones and you're not, you better shut up. It's their own money, not your mom's money.

Sony Mobile doesn't pay you to act like you will never have any issue with their products, does it?

If I buy a stuff, I want them work properly. If they're not, I'll complain for d4mn sure.

Xperia sp camera software is way much better than Xperia z1 OMG WHAT IS SONY DOING WRONG WITH XPERIA Z1 or Xperia z series phones killing them

It is a Support forum. Have you ever felt the urge to go to a forum and write about all the good things the product brought you, like every day ? I havent.

Regarding why some have issues and some dont: In manufacturing, it aint 100% certain that every unit get the exact same components. Small differences may occur and thoose are batch controlled. Configuring software to one batch might trigger issues on other batches. Badly configured and stressed out software. You understand now why some have problems and some dont ? Ofc ppl can be using different versions of firmware aswell, thats another variable.

If the phone is untouched with Sonys software and all that. Then YES i would blame Sony every day of the week. I cant really blame someone else can i ?

Endless amounts of variables make one unit to fail while the next one will operate perfectly(or **bleep** close to perfect).

I don't know why many users are complaining about the Z1 I have the phone since 6 months and I cant see any sort of issues like you guys saying I don't know why but perhaps you just don't know how to deal with the phone or something like that ,there is no problem with the camera maybe sometimes it gets really hot that force it to shut down for few minutes but that fine cause this issue very rare to be happen ,there is no problem with the screen either, and my battery working just fine ,you people don't know how to use it thats all...I hope your new phone will makes you happy man ,stay cool  .

and I'm never gonna get the Sony, when I replaced now and got the Samsung Galaxy 5, I saw what was real  pictures and phone Sony  for me distant past, I'll sell Z1 and never sony
