delete predicted words at Sony Mobile Automatic Back Up

May I know how to delete some sensitive private info from the back up (Sony Server?)?
I tried to check the personal dictionary, but I couldn't find that words. Even I clear all the data, these sensitive words all appearing in the prediction words.

Predictive txt is like a memory where the phone remembers what you normally type after certain words and offers those words again - You can turn off predictive txt if it helps but words aren't stored on Sony servers these are in your phone memory and the only way to stop this is a factory reset which will clear the memory or turn predictive txt off
