Glass got broken...how to replace??

I dropped my mobile down the floor and the glass got broken.but still the touch is working good and everything is fine.Will i be able to replace the glass and how much should it cost. I asked a service center and they are saying that the glass should be replaced along with touch display and asking for Rs.5500(App..$120).What should i do.Awaiting ur views

I will always suggest you to go for the genuine parts so go for it if money isn't a factor....:)

It's true, the glass is glued with the digitizer and therefore the whole thing needs to be replaced if the glass is broken.

but ebay is selling the glass alone.....could i replace by myself .....where could i get full video tutorial of assembling and disassembling sk17i
