Gets stuck...!!

I have an xperia neo device with android 4.0 ics...

I m experiencing a lot of reboots...sometimes....like twice in 10 minutes...

The screen just gets stuck...the back light goes off and it reboots after a minute...

and tried to work in safe mode,yet having automatic reboots....

I returned to India for my holidays and started using facebook...i cant use fb in china so...

many times i experienced reboot while working on facebook...!!

Sorry to hear this.

I suggest you try to solve this by performing a Factory Data Reset at Settings > Backup & reset.

Make sure to back up the stuff you don't want to loose first since all data on the phone memory (contacts, calendar data, messages etc.) will be lost otherwise.
