Hi all, ( sorry for my english, I'll try to do my best)

Yesterday I get the big black screen bug. Phone was block and not able to put it on. So I've charged it and wait 2hours and works again now. Just got somes bugs now :

- Can't launch somes apps while charging

- Light on my screen when it's 100% charged and can't cut it off ( annoying for the night )

- Phone get warm very quickly

I've bought it in begin of 2014 so is it just too old now?

Hi @teejay13, I'm sorry to hear this.

Could you give some examples of apps that you are unable to open while charging? What happens when you try to open them, do you receive an error message of some kind?

Did I understand you correctly in that you also experience that the screen turns on when battery charge reaches 100% and that it won't turn off?

Well for the apps turning off that's some games like Hearthstone, Knight and dragon, maybe because it's big app ( hearthstone make 2Go on the phone ) And No,ain't got any message, juste black screen and get back to the menu.

And yes it's correct, last night I've put my phone in charge and when it was to 100% screen light on and it was impossible to put on stand by by pushing on the power button.

For moment I'm reaching the Zero % of battery for making a full charge after

The apps that you mentioned are all third party apps. Have you tried reinstalling any of these apps to see if that helps?

Regarding the screen not turning off, have you enabled any developer option in Settings > Developer options?

I've re-install the App and it's looks ok for now.

For the screen, yes i've enable and I've got an option : Stay Active ( screen never turn off during charge ), I've diseable it but nothing change it still light on when it's 100%.

( PS : Since put the battery from Zero % to 100% it goes a bit faster)
