Garmin Basecamp on Z2 tablet

I'm trying to decide which tablet to purchase.  I need the table to be able to run Garmin Basecamp - will the Sony Xperia Z2 do this?  Thank you.

Correct me if I'm wrong but according to Garmin it's BaseCamp Mobile app is only for iPhones.

I don't see any BaseCamp for Android application.
