Frustrated with Z3 6603 from month i have purchased it

Hi,

Jan 19, 2015 I have purchased SONY Xperia Z3 6603.

1. 15th day i have its microphone failed and was not working, requested for REFUND against phone surrender. Support had dinied that as it was more than 14 days from shipping date. I have send my phone for repair against RMA: [20415341558]. Phone has be came refurbished in First month only becaused more than 100 parts got changed in the Phone.

Due to business requirement i was out of MICHIGAN for TWO months when this repaired working phone recieved by my family and it was kept as it is for me to comback and Start using, I came back on 17th April to michigan and started using this phone now on 19th May, Display for this phone had stopped working. I have tried Repair Option from PC Companion but it is not working.

Now this has again had to send back for repair. this phone is not working correctly even for a MONTH. and SONY is not Refunding my money back.

In this competative market why should one will go for XPERIA Z3 to purchase and everymonth run after support team for fixing its Hardware issues.

If any one is listing to these, requesting you to please REFUND my MONEY against this phone.

I'm sorry to hear that, and understand your frustration but this is a user based forum, you have to contact Sony directly

Yes i kn it is user based forum but hosted on sonymobile.com, someone should listen this kind of frustration as well.

I do not have any place where i should share this with SONY lovers, i have been using SONY W850i then moved to Xperia Pro and now Xperia Z3.

Z3 experience mad me anti-SONY now. I will not suggest anyone to go for SONY phone any more with this kind of support and hardware.
