Front camera in Xperia X performens

The front Camera, to take self-portraits, show only a black screen no picture of me. The same thing happened a few days ago and when I restarted the phone then did the camera work. But now that does not work. I've made a forced end to the camera app, but do not get the camera to work anyway.

Try to clear Camera app cache:
- Go to Settings -> Apps -> All -> Camera -> Clear data and restart your phone.

I am really sorry to say this but I would take the device back to the place of purchase and see what they can do to help rectify this for you.

I think the problem I have is caused by an app called Snapchat . By launching the various apps with camera function and then start on the phone several times , I have got the camera working. But every time Snapchat uppdatetas the problem will return./Meagneta
