Frequent System Crashes

Hi,

  I'm having trouble with my Xperia Neo V. I'm experiencing frequent system crashes twice in a day. My phone's getting stuck during using any application i.e Dolphin browser, Phonebook etc. Its very much annoying. I'm so disappointed about this. Last time it got stuck during a live phone call !! Everytime it hangs & stops responsing, I remove the back cover, open the battery & reinsert it again. That's how I'm managing with my phone on the go. Plz help me..

I recommend that you first try repairing the phones software using PC Companion (http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/). I also recommend that you try the phone for a few days without installing any apps after the repair to make sure it's not caused by a certain app.
