Free MMS?

Hi everyone,
Just got my new Z2 on tescomobile network here in the UK, and having checked with them it seems it's going to cost 25pence per picture (MMS) message sent, regardless of whether the message contains one or ten photos! Obviously, this could soon add up to a substantial extra bill being incurred.
How, if at all, can I send these picture (MMS) messages without incurring extra charges. I have thousands of free minutes and texts as well as gigabytes of data included in my price plan, but it seems that pictures are going to cost!
Would Hangouts be the solution or is there a better alternative app you guys use?

In that case using an Internet based chat app such as Hangouts or Whatsapp may be of your interest. Sending pictures via those applications won't cost you anything if you already have gigabytes of data included in your subscription. But it will require that the receiver also uses the same application.

Thanks Johan, so Hangouts. Is definitely free then, I'm sure I'd read somewhere that Hangouts still results in the user being charged for using it to send messages.
