Forgotten pattern to unlock (wt19i)

hey,
my cousin's sony walkman wt19i is now locked as his friend entered wrong pattern 20 times and he (cousin) forgot the security question, now tell me how to reset the whole mobile phone to back to original setting.
please answer as soon as possible

You would need to run the phone through the Update Service program http://bit.ly/Jb00HG

The internal memory would be erased during this process.

by the way i did it the same day but forget to close this post right now ics is running extremely well on that phone.
