FM Radio without sound (TrackID must be lunched to get it back)

The FM Radio of my Z3 compact does not work properly. When you switch on the FM Radio - usually there is no sound. Once you launch IDTrack function the sound appears and everything works perfectly for a while and then the sound could disappear without a reason. Then you have to start TrackID again to get sound back.
This is software bug for sure - the contact between earphones and the phone is good - when you play around with jack contact - nothing happen.
This bug is very annoying and was not present in the first version of android when I got the phone. Please, help me to fix it!
P.S. I've read info in google as well as in Ur forum and figured out that it might be caused because of an app using the microphone in background. There was an advice to disable Google Now on all screens. But I tried it and the problem is still existing.

I tried it in safe mode.
The problem is remained but the behavior has been changed.
When U start the app - there is no sound. But when U turn off the displey - it plays.
Exactly the same I saw somewhere on a forum in internet - someone had pretty the same problem!

Concerning clearing data - of course I tried at the beginning - obviously doesn't work.

It seems like it is fundamental bug from Sony side - must be solved by programmers!
