Firstly could you please go into Settings > Apps > All > scroll down and tap on SmartConnect > tap Clear data. Then test the headphones with FM again & let us know whether that has helped or not.

I see, Pavan3 - if you boot the phone in safe mode does the same issue occur?
To booti n safe mode press the power key until the Power Off message box appears. Hold your finger on 'Power Off' for 2-3 seconds until 'Reboot to safe mode?' appears > tap OK.
To exit safe mode just power thephone off & then on normally. Keep us updated.
