floating touch come and go

hi guys! so.. yesterday I upgraded my sola to ICS, and today I'm just hanging on my phone and out of nowhere full floating touch is on my sola! I wroted messages, listed menu etc.. I did everything with floating touch. that lasted for 10 minutes than it was gone..why?
how do I switch on floating touch? Its not on settings ( except on web browser settings, but thats not it)

lock the phone > unlock it w/o touching the screen > it should be working

I disabled it already but its stillhere. How do I ensure that this doesn't happen. Its disrupting my typing and browsing etc
