Flashtool error

Hi guys I tried flashing 4.0.4 ICS with Flashtool but I get an error , a simple and the only one : loader.sin error. What should I do ? I installed the necessary drivers, but I don't think this is the problem, since I got no errors for that.

Check the .ftf file for corruption using the md5 file if you have one and make sure the file is for your phone
