Flashlight Via Camera Flash ?

I use to use the T715 where I was able to turn on the camera's flash and use my phone as a flashlight. I am wondering if I can do the same thing on the Vivaz Pro? I have been looking around for a flashlight app but the only apps I've found turns my screen on which does not simulate a flashlight.

To use my C903 as a torch I put the camera into video mode & go to Settings>Light>On. It doesn't need to be recording & will only stay on while in camera mode. As soon as I put it back into camera mode the light comes back on!

Easier still, put it into video mode & press the flash button!
